Medical
center provides many types of surgical treatments: general
surgery, gynecology, oncology, urology, proctology,
surgery on blood vessels, jaw-face surgery and other
types of surgery.
ONE OF THE MOST
ADVANCED SURGERY METHODS IN OUR HOSPITAL IS:
LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY (surgery without
large incision of the abdomen) on the organs located
in the abdomen. The types of laparoscopic surgeries
performed in our clinic include:
laparoscopic cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder
for treatment of symptomatic gallstones);
laparoscopic appendectomy (removal of the appendix);
laparoscopic gynecology surgeries (removal of the ovarian
cysts, dissection of adhesions within the uterine cavity
during infertility, removal of surface uterine fibroids
and myomas);
laparoscopic sterilization (100% prevention of pregnancy
by tubal ligation, “tying of tubes”);
laparoscopic diagnostics of the diseases of the abdominal
organs and tumor biopsy.
IN
MANY SURGERIES THE PLASMA SURGICAL DEVICE IS USED.
MEDICAL
TREATMENT METHODS:
Method
of biological clean-up of the lymph together with controlled
stimulation of the lymph is used for fast detoxification
of the body, to actively influence the metabolism, and
to speed up patient recovery.
Other effective medical treatments
include: flow and gravitational plasmapheresis, lymphosorbtion,
medical lymphorrhea (flow of lymph from cut or ruptured
lymph vessels).
Direct injection into lymphatic system
of the high concentrations of drugs allows fast termination
of the inflammation processes; it removes the pain syndrome,
and accelerates lysis of the main tumor and its metastases.
In our hospital, patients can also
undergo complex medical treatment of edema. During these
medical treatments lymphadermic surgery is used, as
well as use of specially designed pneumatic compression
devices.
In addition, in our hospital patients
receive not only surgical help, but also combined treatments
for the diseases of the lymphatic system such as lymphogranulomatosis,
lymphosarcoma, lymphatic fistulas, lymphadenitis, lymphadenopathy
etc.
The doctors of our hospital constantly
work on the implementation of new types of surgeries
and treatments for the diseases of the lymphatic system,
as well as improvement and development of devices for
microsurgery.
PRESCRIPTION
FOR TREATMENT (what type of patients can apply for help):
- Patients with the
diseases of lymphatic system and other pathologies of
blood and lymphatic vessels:
lymphadenitis, lymphadenopathy (specific and non specific)
lymphostasis (primary and secondary);
varicose veins + leg lymphostasis, edema, fistulas,
cellulite, dermatitis, lymphatic fistulas and other.
- Patients which were affected by high doses of radioactivity
and patients with extensive poisoning can receive following
medical treatments: lymphosorbtion, lymphostimulation
to increase the lymph flow, and other specific and non-specific
detoxifications.
- Patients with surgical
and systematic diseases in which it is possible to combine
draining of the thorax flow, endolymphatic therapy +
lymphosorbtion + surgery. This type of treatment is
offered to patients with destructive appendicitis, acute
cholecystitis, pancreatitis with peritonitis, suppurative
inflammation after surgery, sepsis.
- Patients with advanced
malignant tumors: malignant tumors are prepared for
surgery with the use of endolymphatic drug therapy (ELDT)
+ surgery + ELDT (this type of treatment is used in
treatment of breast cancer, melanoblastoma, hematosarcoma,
ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, seminoma, prostate cancer
and other types of cancer); specially designed lymphatic
treatment of advanced cancers, where patients undergo
simultaneously ELDT + surgery to remove main tumor +
lymphadenectomy + lymph-venous bypass with the use of
the plasma surgical device (this type of treatment is
used in treatment of colon cancer, ovarian cancer, radical
mastectomy, under-abdominal lymphadenectomy, underarm
lymphadenectomy and others).
PATIENT
EXAMINATION AND REHABILITATION:
- patients with undiagnosed,
unclear illnesses which are associated with prolonged
fevers of unclear origin;
- lymphography, angiography, venography (phlebography);
- with pathologies in extremities (lymphedema);
- after Duken surgery, Weimer surgery, etc.;
- after erysipelatous inflammation, purpuric rash, fracture
or trauma of the extremities
